Business Process Management
Set of activities necessary for the analysis, definition, execution, optimization and monitoring of business processes, in order to create an efficient and effective business.

The Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) is a set of tools and computer modules, integrated in a single environment, allowing to computerize the management of business processes.

Through process modeling, automation of manual operations, sharing of information, the organization of roles, the BPMS is an indispensable tool to streamline business operations, improve service delivery, measure performance and make effective controls.

Automation means eliminating redundancies and inefficiencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies.

  SSB Progetti provides knowledge and skills in the implementation of projects that require the use of BPMS, this has been acquired through years of experience in various project areas using the main suites on the market (Oracle BPM Suite, IBM Lombardi, Bonita, Intalio, JBoss JBPM , Enhydra Shark, Doqui Flux, etc.)  

Beyond the expertise on the use of technology in the market place, SSB Progetti is constantly active in researching the area of Business Process Management and more generally, the development of innovative systems for workflow management, thereby participating in research projects such as ICT4Law and SAIB.
Developed in collaboration with universities, research centers and specialized companies, the objective to provide citizens, companies, the Public Administration and institutions who have the task of legislating a new generation of services based on the convergence of ICT, the cognitive sciences and law.
Is a research project funded by MIUR (Ministero dell'Istruzione, dell'Universitą e della Ricerca), it's carried out in collaboration with the Politecnico di Torino, Universitą di Pisa and other large companies. The goal is to create a modular eco systems for rapid development of multi-channel, Internet based, enterprise level applications and services.
